What Others Say About Vee
- "Vee has now been Albany's part time HR Director for a year, and in that time has delivered a huge amount for the company. She started with a baseline study of where we were, reviewing our recruitment, retention, training and progression. She then presented a work plan to deliver over the coming months, and while some priorities have changed it is impressive to look back and see how much has been achieved. She has become a trusted member of the senior team, providing advice and guidance on difficult topics, and is regularly consulted by the staff for her input. Several concrete outcomes could be cited, but one is that our recruitment processes have become a lot smoother, saving the team a huge amount of time whilst retaining the quality in our hires." Bertie Kerr, Managing Director, Albany Associates
- “Vee is highly skilled and versatile, with a strong commercial focus. She builds positive relationships and is a clear communicator. She quickly gains the respect of any leadership team she works with and I would not hesitate to recommend her. ” Lohan Presencer, Executive Chairman, Ministry of Sound
