Her vast sector experience spans retail, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, distribution and logistics, among others, with prior roles including CEO, COO, MD and HR Director with leading brands. With her extensive experience working with growing and ambitious SMEs, Vic brings a depth of insight and effective delivery that will benefit any business she partners.

Vic has experience of working within companies of diverse size, structures, and cultures, from owner managed and private equity backed businesses through to large corporates such as Co-op (Group and CFS) Sainsburys, IHG and BAE Systems.
Having been a CEO herself and holding cross functional board roles, she has a strong appreciation of the challenges facing her customers and the ability to interpret key business insight to design and deliver creative and effective HR solutions, always aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives of an organisation.

In addition to being a member of CIPD, Vic is a qualified engineer, attained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt accreditation, an APM project management practitioner, and also more recently graduated from Imperial College, London with a Diploma in ESG and Sustainability Leadership.
