Regional Director – North of England

At People Puzzles, we understand that people are the cornerstone of every successful business, and we are seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Director who is passionate about sales and marketing to become a vital part of our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, high-energy, influential individual with a passion for helping SME businesses thrive whilst creating truly flexible working opportunities for brilliant HR Directors. Ideally you will have an existing business network across the whole of the North of England, to lead and further develop the already established region in this area for the UK’s leading provider of part-time/fractional People Directors to growing SME businesses with £5m – £100m turnover.
You will flourish in a high-trust, genuinely supportive and very flexible working environment; this is a full-time role but you decide how you will manage your hours and make this role a success. Perhaps you have family commitments that you wish to wrap-around your work life, if so, then this could the home for you. Remote/field-based, with the exception of monthly meetings, you will operate from your home but will happily organise yourself to have in-person prospect meetings throughout the week in the areas listed above (so you will need to live within commuting distance to the areas listed in full below.)

You passionately feel that you want to connect clients to your team of brilliant People Directors to change their lives and lives of your team. You will relish the autonomy of growing a high-performing region, whilst loving being part of wider UK team.
You are a consultative, sales & marketing-focused, over-achiever who comes with a strong understanding of business strategy and people needs and you are able to work with your team of HR Directors to propose appropriate, commercial solutions. Part advisor/part strategist, part friend, you have a natural and genuine ability to forge long-lasting relationships.

Recruitment Process
- Apply using our application form – all candidates will need to complete this to be considered If shortlisted from CV screen, invited to an informal call with one of our Talent Team
- If shortlisted invited to attend a video interview with our Head of Resourcing
- Complete an online behavioural assessment (used as a guide only)
- Attend an in-person interview at our office in Cambridgeshire with MD, Sales Director and Co-Owner of People Puzzles (one week notice of interview with preparation notes sent in advance)*
- Verbal references to be completed by People Puzzles and comprehensive security and background checks to be successfully completed by you with our trusted provider
- Contract of Employment to be signed.
- Onboarding begins including attending 2-day (overnight) induction in Cambridgeshire
