Summary
Jackie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 30 years’ generalist HR experience, gained across a variety of multi-site businesses. She has held a number of senior positions in corporate businesses within the financial services, technology and retail sectors.
For the last seven years, Jackie has worked as an independent People Director supporting a number of CEOs, Owner Managers, boards and senior leadership teams in a variety of SME businesses, including PE backed high growth businesses in the technology and insurance sectors,as well as in the healthcare, construction, events, professional services, charity and manufacturing sectors.
Jackie also has considerable experience of leading the people agenda for a number of businesses undertaking merger and acquisition activity, as well as experience of PE backed high growth businesses and start-ups, having led and managed a large number of change and transformation projects.
Jackie has a strong track record of delivering effective people strategies and solutions to improve business performance, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement and management development.
She has a pragmatic approach and her ability to Influence at a senior level means she often becomes a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. She is also experienced at adapting HR strategies to meet the needs and challenges of different businesses in order to help them develop and grow.
