Paula’s expertise covers the whole spectrum of Strategic and Operational HR including recruitment, people leadership and development, talent management, transformational change, business insights, performance metrics and delivery, business restructuring, operational efficiencies and excellence, stakeholder relations, and employee relations and engagement.
Paula enjoys supporting businesses to grow through their people, is used to working under pressure and has extensive experience of fast growth and high-volume environments. Supporting companies ranging from Global multi-national corporations to SMEs, Paula is experienced in sectors as broad as Technology, Engineering, Luxury Retail and Airlines. Paula is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. She has recently received her accreditation as an Internationally Certified Practitioner of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
