Jayne is a hands-on, commercial HR Professional with over 25 years’ experience in developing robust people strategies to improve business performance. Jayne’s experience ranges from generalist HR, to developing high performing teams through leadership development, coaching, employee engagement and business improvement.
Jayne recently completed a successful change management programme within the housing sector, resulting in increased profit, productivity and enhanced employee and customer satisfaction. A fantastic outcome of this work is that this organisation has recently been placed 3rd in The Great Places to Work 2017 Awards. Jayne also led a business transformation programme with Interserve Justice, successfully transitioning the organisation from public to private sector.
Jayne is passionate about improving businesses through people, she is an accredited assessor with the British Quality Foundation and assessed a successful rail company in the 2016 British Quality Foundation National Awards. Jayne’s key skills are her ability to engage and work with people at all levels to get results, she does this by building trust, using a coaching approach and a willingness to get involved.
In her spare time, Jayne has a passion for discovering new places to travel, but also enjoys exploring the Lake District and walking. Jayne is learning to Ski and now wishes she had taken it up 20 years ago!
